We install AC charging in apartment buildings in Serbia and we are choosing the wallbox suppliers we will standardise on. If you manufacture, import or distribute charging hardware, this is what we need in a first email.
We sell an installed, metered and documented charging point to someone who lives in an apartment building — not a box in a carton. Volumes today are pilot-scale and grow with the Serbian EV fleet; we would rather say that than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
What we buy
AC wallboxes, 11 kW three-phase (7.4 kW single-phase also of interest). Socket and tethered versions, RFID or app authorisation, dynamic load balancing, OCPP 1.6J or newer. Reinforced-socket kits for the entry-level package.
Non-negotiable
CE marking and EU-conformant documentation, compatibility with an external MID-certified sub-meter or MID metering built in, IP54 or better, spare parts available in Europe, warranty terms and the RMA path in writing.
Worth mentioning
Rebadging or OEM branding and the MOQ that unlocks it, DDP pricing into Serbia with lead times, any existing distributor in the region, firmware and backend API policy, demo units for a pilot.
